Just bought an iSkin evo2...and I can't figure out how to open it! I've sat and stared at it for at least 10 minutes, and felt around it to try and find some kind of obvious edge where it opens up to slide your iPod in, but I just can't find it! Inside it, I can clearly see the User's Guide and stuff, and the fake-iPod. I honestly cannot figure out how to open it...
I know it might be hard to answer me with a straight face, but I could really use a serious answer! Thanks. |

That's not the dumbest question. I've only been around here since September '04, but I've seen plenty worse.
Anyway, you need to stretch it. You stretch the iSkin where the screen opening is and slide the iPod through. Don't worry, it will bounce right back and won't look stretched. Then, once it's in place, add the screen protector.

Read the directions? Geez, I just said I can clearly see the User Guide *inside* the sealed case. How could I read it? I've seen other cases that open at the top or bottom. Through the window? This is my first iPod case, and I didn't realize you're supposed to stretch it...After all, I may return this, and I'm glad I asked here just to double check rather than rip it apart trying to do something it's not meant to do.

At the risk of further looking like an idiot...
I want to take off my clip (since mine came with it already attached to the case)...but the manual isn't very helpful. It says "Slide lower peg lock RIGHT to unlock," and while I can clearly see what it's doing, my 'lower peg lock' will *not* slide right. Finger nails didn't work, so I tried to use the cap of a pen, and it won't budge. |

You have to force it the first couple of time. Mine did the same thing. The manual is correct, you're just going to have to add more force to it.
