Hey everyone, just bought the Contour Showcase for my ipod photo. This thing is great. I had an iskin for my 3g ipod, but thought I'd try something different. I'm so glad I did. If anyone is looking for a case that lets you take the ipod out easy, this is the case for you. Iskin is still the best silicone case I've seen though.

I'll second that! Of all the cases I've bought for my iPod photo, the Contour showcase is by far the best. I've bought the podsleevz, Marware Sportsuit Sleevee & Sportsuit Convertible, Waterfield iPod case, Sena flip case, and Lajo exoflpfb. I have a Vaja on order and I think that's probably the only one that can top the Contour Showcase. In terms of protection for your iPod, I don't think there's a better case out there.

If anyone is considering the Contour, I'd HIGHLY recommend it, as well as encourage folks to get the black case - from every comment I've seen about the white cases, they are extremely prone to getting very dirty.

I have to agree, I picked up a black case this weekend... When looking for a case it was absolutely essential for it to be easy to remove since I've got a bose sounddock, a densison icelink dock in the car, and the regular apple dock connected to speakers at work. The showcase totally fits the bill for what I was looking for. Only thing I could ask for is maybe a dummy plug to go into the dock to protect it from dirt... Maybe they could have made a flap so you could open the dock connection when necessary. Here's some pics sorry some are a little blury:
