wow... I dont think I've ever seen the BSOD ever after Win98.
Anyways, your best bet is to format your iPod to windows.
I like thinking that maybe it will urge me to move back to a mac for personal use.

actually on second though, try using mac opener.
When the first mac only iPods came out, in order for them to work on windows machines, people had to use mac opener with ephpod..

After years of happilly using Win 2K and now XP for a year, the only thing that brings on the BSOD is plugging the MAC ipod into my PC via firewire. The whole thing just dies.
Anyone have a fix, or workaround?
I am using ephpod, and firewire, and 1.2.1 on the MAC version of the ipod.
plug it in and BAM, BSOD.
