Isn't that a little pricey considering a new one is $299?

The iPod itself is brand new still in the "don't steal music" wrapping, the acessories are in good condition and I am including a exo3 ($10) and a Belkin Auto Charger (around $30) so I think the price is justified

Yeah I guess the iPod is a hot item...I've seen them selling at your price on Ebay.
