Thats right, Its new! I had the ipod for about 2 months before I broke it. Apple replaced it for free and gave me a brand new one, not refurbished! All the goodies are mint. It comes with 40GB ipod, Earbuds, carrying case, software, dock, firewire cable, charger, orginal box and anything else that I might be forgeting that came with it. I would like $439 for it.
