Has anyone had luck finding these adapters?

I've tried several stores and nobody seems to have them and according to the mini review on this site Apple doesn't offer them.

In my case, I have a 2 year old laptop PC that has the 4pin Firewire port and a USB 1.1 connection. The iPod seems to work over the slow USB connection even though the box says 2.0 required. Still, though, I'd much rather use the Firewire port.
