Hi, i've been thinking in buying a sony's In-ear Mdr-ex71
The question is about the continuous use of the in-ear phone and the risk of wax accumulation inside the ear.Can the plug of the phone push wax inside the ear and cause an obstruction? What's the risks of the in-ear phone and how to prevent them? Thanks in advance !!

There really isn't a high risk of pushing wax further into your ear. Any that does get pushed back will migrate back to the outer ear portion anyway.
You may run into another issue though. My ears produce more wax when they are being covered by small earbuds. This makes it hard for any in-ear models to actually stay in my ear. I have those Sony headphones (they are actually a variant of them that come with over-the-ear clips). I can put them in my ears, get up, and take two steps before they almost fall out. These are the ones with flimsy ear clips no less. I tried the standard models without the over-the-ear clips and they would fall out after 1 step. So you might have an issue like that. I always use over-the-ear headphones simply because earbuds fall out (except the supplied ones that come with iPods, I have to put foam covers over them though) and so do in-ear models. I am fine if I sit at home and use them but I can't move my head/body without them falling out.

Thanks man.
There are some in-ear phones that have something like a little bow, that holds the phone in your ear. I think the audio technika 52 have one. http://www.channelmax.net/users/mari...-CK52W-BK1.jpg |
