I have a 5gb with broken jack for sale. It is playing well (no sound problem) and includes the following items:

-leather case (I use it to secure the headphone wire and avoid puting tension on the jack
-sony cassette adaptor
-wall plug

I don't include the headphone and firewire cable.

the jack is broken....so that is kind of a downfall.

Just a note: one can pick up a fully functioning, undamaged 5gb iPod for around $120, so I would recommend you reconsider your price...
