I don't really feel like plugging that cable in and out, and i don't have a dock, so is it ok just to leave it plugged in all the time
not the ipod
but the charger

i dont see why not. you cany burn in the charged sign so i dont know why you couldnt.

Its fine, it will cut off when it is fully charged.

Yes, you can leave the charger plugged into the wall. It probably won't make much difference in the life span of the charger.

Just make sure that it's not covered somehow so that it gets too warm.

So the consensus is that there is no harm to the charger if I leave it plugged into my wall and dock?

Has anyone from Apple confirmed this?

Mine doesn't get warm so I figured it would be ok.

Now, my laptop charger gets hot as hell..... I don't leave it in the wall.

i'm pretty sure its okay, at least i hope so. mine's been plugged into either the wall or the computer since christmas.
