Mouse scroll wheel will not scroll in iTunes
I just got a new Toshiba laptop with Vista on it. My Microsoft wireless optical mouse 4000 will not scroll in iTunes. The mouse will move the curser, I can select items with the mouse, but the scroll wheel will not work. It scrolls in every other program that I have.
I have downloaded the latest driver for the mouse from Microsoft, and I am running the latest iTunes, 7.5. The mouse worked fine in iTunes on my old laptop, an Gateway with Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to correct this program? I really hate trying to work in iTunes without the use ofthe scroll wheel. |

Does anyone know how to improve the scroll wheel performance of iTunes when using a Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mout 4000?
I have a similar problem as the original poster on a new Dell Studio desktop computer. Scrolling is intermittent and jerky. I just installed the latest Intellipoint and I'm running the latest iTunes, 8.0.2.20. |
