I have a first gen mini and have been forever waiting for touchscreen ipod and now it is finally here. i am worried that as soon as i buy the ipod touch a price drop will happen also some people said that there might be a 32gb model in january. i dont want to buy my ipod and then regret it. thanks

yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. I want a terabyte shuffle but I hear they might come out in 8 years. So should I buy now or wait?
Technology grows fast. Steve Jobs just made a letter to people with iphones and told them that they lowered the price on them because of technology. If you're always waiting for the next generation because it will have something better you won't ever have what you want. I said to myself 2 years ago I would buy the first touchscreen model to come out, I think thats a justifiable reason since it's a huge leap, and guess what: they're here. Do what you want, theres no proof we'll see a 32gb touch by January.
