Well, I can manage swapping out my 60GB media for the new touch... though I have a question.

Will all my videos in 240 x 320 work well on it? Like will they convert through iTunes or look good?

Well, they'll sync onto the iPod touch, but since the video is converted in 320 (width) it's going to be stretched to 480, so you can expect some blurriness or distortion.

False. It will NOT stretch 320x240 to fit the itouch screen. It will simply place black bars around the video window and play it at 320x240 within the itouch screen. This is what the iphone does.
