Looks like it's got the same face as the Nano. Scraaaaaaaaaatch!!
Damn, for only $50 more, I could've had movies... Way to screw all the nano buyers over. What a bummer!
That is kind of a bummer.
Well i like it, my g/f thinks its 'too wide' im gettignt his and the nano

Looks great to me! Only thing I'm dissapointed in is lack of a name other than just iPod. Oh well, it looks great and this will most definatly be my next iPod!
BLACK TOO!!

Nice, they look great and that vid capability will be cool for some.
I'll stick with my Nano though.
If I had a long train ride...or wanted to keep the kids busy...or had some big blocks of time where I could stare at a tiny vid screen, great! I'd grab that in a second!
But I like my TV and Vid big! I don't even like to watch on my computer's 19" LCD if I can watch on my 36" TV. I can't imagine going back to a 2.5" screen to watch TV shows that cost $2 each...unless I had those big blocks of time to burn with nothing else to do....
So great looking iPod...just not for me.
initially, i think it looks alright. some of the pictures are a little odd. the horizontal picture of the white one appears to be fairly narrow, whereas the vertical black picture appears to be a little short and fat. i am tempted to slap my Nano up on eBay and order a black 30giger. i have no use for the video and picture capabilities, but damn....$70 (more like $150 in reality) more for 28gigs (albeit, HD, rather than flash) is so tempting.
I love it as its just amazing, but to be honest it still doesn't beet he nano, im still going to get my Nano before this and maybe this after xmas when i get my iBook

Well, my Photo didn't come. So as soon as I got in I checked macrumors and set my browser to reload the Apple store every 5 seconds. Ordered a 30gb white one as soon as it came up.
w00t!
There doesn't appear to be a plug for a remote or microphone, unless these now plug in via the dock connector.
They really should have used a scratch resistant surface.
The click wheel looks slightly smaller than the 4G's.
I peed my pants
It looks a tad bit dispropotrtionate though, but still amazing
My only complaint is that it Looks like the remote connector (you know..that the iTrip uses) has gone the way of the dodo...Which means I will have to look for a new auto solution....
My only problem is that it comes in a maximum of 60GB, I was realy hoping for 80GB. Oh well, I'll be ordering the 60GB, probably white very soon.
