You can do this with Ephpod.
You can also do this manually through Windows Explorer.
Yeah, just open up the ipod drive folder, find the 'music ' file and there should be about 20 folders called F1, F2, F3....
Your music is in there, but isn't sorted by album/artist/genre or anything... it's just messed up!
Ephpod is usually the better option, (www.ephpod.com) just click on the album/artist and the files you want to copy onto pc and hey presto it's copied nice and neatly into properly labled folders!
