I believe I know what it will look like.

Imagine an iPod Mini, now image the screen lenghtened in hieght, now imagine the click wheel at the top of the object, then a keypad underneath it. Then imagine the screen on a flip part of a phone. Not much different looking than the traditional flip phone, except for a click wheel in the center.

The "iTunes Phone" will look exactly like a Motorola E398 except it will have an additional button on the face so instead it will have 4 buttons instead of 3. I need to find some pics of it, but i will post them as soon as I find them. My E398 actually has iTunes on it right now!
