Angry Hold Button

Just a week ago i got my new 3G 10GB iPod. I was sooo happy. Until I tried to use the hold button. You can turn hold on fine, but turning it off is the problem. You have to push hard for it to turn off. I tried my dad's iPod and all the iPod at the Apple store, and none of the had the problem. I notices the defect the first day I got it and I never dropped it. (Well, I did after I found out the problem. Good thing it only fell a few feet and it hit the soft couch before the floor and it was in a case.) Anyone have the same prob?

Thumbs down

Never had that problem with mine... but last night I got into a wrestling match trying to pull the firewire cable out of the back of my pc. I ended up opening the pc case and using a pair of pliers!!!

I ripped the plastic covering off the plug, I need to use crazyglue or something. I guess my firewire port is just really tight.

That is definatly a problem...why don't you just take it back to Apple? You should have a one year warrenty and they should take it back to replace you with a new one.
