removing files from ipod
I have a 40GB iPod that I connect to a work laptop. I recently lost my hard drive on the laptop while only 25% of my music library was downloaded. I am finishing downloading my library, and I intend to manually transfer all the music over to the iPod, hopefully without losing what is already there.
I also intend to use the iPod for audiobooks. I have several in CD form that I want to download. My question is, since I have autosyncing turned off, how do I remove the audiobooks from the Ipod when I am done with them? Would it be easier to reload all the missing music into iTunes and return to autosyncing? that way I can simply remove the files from iTunes and let it rip. It took me several hours to download all that music, about 85 CD's. I really don't want to have to redownload. |

Your other question has been answered already on your original post. AnnetteMS Just delete them from the main library of the iPod if it's on manual sync.
