every time when i synco from iTunes to my 160gb it hangs, im only trying to transfer 1500 songs,

Read this article from Apple. If that doesn't work, you can try recreating your library to see if that solves the problem.

did both of them still dooing the same thing.

went back to the seller and had him check it, it was clicking for the inside so he gave me a new one.

now all my problems are gone.

Glad the issue is resolved. Yes, if it's making strange clicking noises, the drive will need to be replaced.
