Help I am new to ipods just got an itouch loving the thing but then it wiped out many of my contacts from Outlook when I went to sync it! Last week I lost photo's from my ipod in a similar way when I went to sync them. Can anyone help me out?: Thanks Patann

Are you syncing this from different computers? Make sure you stay with one main computer. Or if you go to multiple computers, make sure you have the same content available for all of them (music, pictures, Outlook contact list, etc.).
