There should be no files size limitation. When selecting multiple albums the check mark disappears but does the box still say yes or no?
Any chance those files are set to be read-only?
Hi Sparkee. Thanks for your feedback. The drop down box remains set to 'yes'.
So the Compilation setting is sticking. Is the Album name the same for all the tracks?
I believe the way Compilations works is the Album name needs to be the same but the Artist name can be different. Otherwise playlists is your best option.
On the album/artist field does it have "Various Artist" entered? If not add this.
The albums should show in cover flow. If the artwork is not showing remove the songs and then re add them.

Hi. I've read a few of the threads here and have seen some really good, expert posts. So, I am hoping that someone out there has an answer to a problem I am having with a folder import of a compilation album.
Once the folder is imported, it separates each track due to the artists being different. Fairly standard...
I select all of them and then right click and select 'Get Info' to go the the tab with the drop-down option for compilation album/tracks.
I tick it and select 'yes'.
This has always worked for me - until now. The tracks just won't merge into a single album.
When I repeat the above process, the tick against 'compilation...' has disappeared - no matter how many times I do it.
The only thing slightly different to this album from all the others is that the tracks are all between 9mb and 14mb each.
All I can deduce is that iTunes has a track size limitation that is not documented anywhere.
Anyone out there had the same problem and knows a fix, please?
Cheers!
