Error 404: what does it mean?

Hi all:
I'm trying to download a podcast but I get an error 404 message. What does it mean and how can I get Itunes to sync the podcast again?
I did a search at the forum and at apple but I didn't find any info about this error.

Thanks!

A 404 error usually indicates that a page doesn't exist; a dead link. For example, here's iLounge's 404 page. Most likely, the podcast has been moved or deleted.
