Heres what you need to know:
The service will never be illegal. ever. It is what you download that makes what YOU do illegal. The keyword there is you because it is people who share copyrighted music that put these services under attack. This is exactly why no one can go after Bittorrent programmers because all they do is make a program (with an ethical reason) its the end users who are abusing it. So please, stop asking if what ever you use is legal or not, because it all depends on what you are doing, NO ONE ELSE. |
