i'm looking for an all in one audio format converting program. i would like to be able to convert mp3 and m4a to wav.

Um... iTunes, foobar2000, and dbpoweramp can all do this and they are all free. There are literally hundreds of apps that can do this. Just remember that, when you convert to wav, you lose all your ID tag information as the wav format cannot hold tag information.
