might seem stupid, but i am new
can you play songs on ephpod so that if i download it I can uninstall musicmatch and play songs on it. |

Not really.
You can play songs that are on your iPod, but not songs that are only on your harddrive. I would recommend using Ephpod for transferring music to the iPod, and WinAmp to play music. |

When you use the play option in ephPOD it starts up you default media player and plays the mp3.

Just get WinAMP. Playing is what its made for.
http://www.winamp.com ephPod is just for transfering music and thats basicly what it does.
