Enhancements and Bug Fixes:

* Improved UTF-8 Tag Handling
This version has several important enhancements in its handling of UTF-8 encoded characters in tags. This encoding is commonly used to store accented characters. For MP3 files, we've fixed a tag reading bug causing UTF-8 characters in ID3V2 tags to be corrupted when an ID3V1 tag is also present in the MP3 file. For AAC files (M4A/M4P/M4B), we have fixed the tag reading code so that it properly imports UTF-8 encoded characters. We have also fixed a bug where Unicode tag information added by iTunes would be converted to x's when opened in Anapod.

* Fixed bug in 8.6.0 where Playlist Index did not display the correct playlist membership information.
* Fixed instability in playlist merging function.
