I use library audiobooks a lot...but most books seem to be in WMA format, which apparently takes a PC version of iTunes to convert to MP3 format, which is what all the Apple devices require. Only 1 in 10 or fewer audiobooks come in both formats or just MP3. Microsoft/overdrive conspiracy?
The library suggests I go down there, download a book to one of their Public PC's, then transfer to my Mac device. Which of course makes electronic transfer a joke. Does anyone have a solution to this issue? Thanks so much! |
