I was wondering if anyone knows of an add-on for iTunes that would make it act like a jukebox. I plan to throw a few parties this summer and thought it would be cool if my guests could choose their music on my Macbook Air and have it play in the order it was qued just like a jukebox.

I too have wished and am, willing to pay for such a software add on. I have asked this same question several times over the years, but have found nothing. One list even told me "you want everything", when actually all I need is what you are asking for. Before ITunes I had a series of changers which was Mac controlled and allowed such; a double click would put song into que and I loved it. Lost that feature now and wish I could get it back somehow. I feel your pain!

Have you looked at "iTunes DJ" which is included with iTunes and should be at the top of the Playlist list?
If it doesn't show open iTunes Preferences/General and ensure it is checked under "Show". It has features that will allow your guests with iPhones or iPod touchs running Apple's Remote app to connect to it using your WiFi network. They can add tracks from sources you select and you can then enable voting so the most popular tracks move to the top of the list. The source you select can set the theme of the party if you create a separate playlist with only the music you prefer, so some joker doesn't add xmas music to the mix. I set my old 1G iPod touch up as a guest remote for those who want to participate and don't have an iOS device. This allows me to keep my MacBook Pro in a safe location and protect it from possible damage or some inexperienced guest from messing with the system.
