EPHpod problem FIX

Frist off i have not seen on this forum a fix for this problem if there is well i just waisted my time and i am sry for this post

OK i noticed that i had the same problem as alot of other people here. They were using ephpod and went back to itunes (or other program) and it would not reconize the ipod and could not restore it.

I found a way to be able to restore your ipod to make it work with itunes or another program after using ephpod

what i did used a win98se pc with this http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/d...94/license.asp driver for detection of drives through usb on win98 machines (it made it show up as a removable drive) the only reason why i used a win98 pc is because in winxp i could not get the ipod to be seen as a drive.

all i did was went into my computer and formated the removable drive (make sure it is your ipod) *YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MUSIC* with quick fromat and the pluged it back into my itunes and synked it again and walla i have a working ipod nano again

i hope this helps some people or that some one can find a way to make this work for winxp users
