Hi,
I have the latest version of both the iPod and Ephod..

I notice that I can adjust the volume of the MP3's on the iPod (rather than the MP3's on my PC) via EphPod by right clicking on them and selecting "Adjust MP3 Volume" (sorry if I have got the exact name of the menu item wrong but I do not have access the machine with EphPod on right now).
This feature seems to be completely undocumented, either on the software help file or the web site.
By looking through the Ephod Program Files directory I can see it contains a file called mp3gain.exe. So I assume that the Ephos volume feature uses a runtime version of the great MP3Gain program.

However, Ephod does not allow you to add any paramaters at all when you change an MP3s volume... so, my question is... what does it do? Does it apply track gain, album gain.. or what?... and what decibell level does it apply. Is it the default MP3Gain value of 89db?

Has anyone experience of this feature?

Cheers for any help.
