Best Ipod Video Freeware

I just got my ipod video about two weeks ago and I am looking for some good freeware to use for it. I was just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions I could try. And are these freeware products safe for me to put on my ipod while it is still under warrenty? I don't want any problems with apple.

What kinds of things are you looking for?

Videora is a program that converts MOST videos to iPod format. The interface is nice and is easy to use. You can get very technical with it, also, which makes it a great tool for both beginners and experts.

Other than that, I really don't use anything so I can't recommend anything. Any software used CAN mess up your iPod (very, very, very rare) but all you need to do is re-apply the firmware to the iPod if that happens. I wouldn't worry about it. All that would happen is that you'll get an empty iPod and you'll have to upload all your songs/videos to it again.

Thanks Bobaab

I'm using videora and it is very helpful. And I'm relieved that I can't screw up my ipod too bad.

I found this program call iGadget that let's you put movie showtimes, weather, driving directions etc...
The problem is this is only a 15-day trial.
Is there any free preoram that offers the same kind of stuff?
