Playlist Creating

What's the best software to create playlists? WMP is'nt working for me. Please dont say iTunes , cause im not interested.

If it's working for you, why change? In my humble opinion i think that iTunes is far better than any program I tried. Not only for playlists but if you are happy now why change?
Curiously I wonder what you dont like about iTunes

media center 9 gives you great options to create playlists. the smart playlist feature is even more evolved than on itunes.

If you don't like itunes try winamp or musicmatch. I've switched recently and haven't looked back but try winamp 3 for playlists then musicamatch.
