Completed "iTable"

Well guys, I finally finished my iPod table...
Well as finished as it's gonna get for a few months anyway as I had to hand it in to be marked...
Anyway hope you like it

Also I added 2 blue LEDs under the screen that light it significantly...
Unfortunately the bulbs blew for some reason when I went to get my camera...
Will sort that as soon as I get it back...

Regards,
Ash

It looks absolutely fantastic. You've done a great job. You know you could go into business and start making them:
-Coffe table and two end tables or
-kitchen tables

Heh no I'm not an industrial designer however I would love to be...
The top surface is made from MDF then sealed and primed, sanded perfectly flat then painted with a few coats of auto paint and laquer...
I don't really think I would build anymore in the near future but I may auction that one off on ebay once I get it back. I guess I would build them if i could sell them for a decent amount that justifies the time spent on it...

Also what are '2 end tables' please?

Regards,
Ash.

Good grief! That's bril'. Why not go the whole hog: hollow it out, stick in a flat screen and a mini atx pc (or mini mac), and programme it to play like an iPod. There's probably enough room in there for some small speakers and a bass woofer too.

Not much more than reporting you to a moderator/administrator and let them deal with it.

This is a serious forum, where we dont call people names in a discussion.
At least I dont sink that low, and I dont tollerate that others offend me!
