How much should I sell my 32 GB ipod touch for?

Hey everybody, how's it going? I've got a quick question for those who know how much iPods are worth...

I'm thiking about selling my 32 GB Apple iPod touch but I don't know how much its worth. I'm thinking about selling it for $225 shipped. What do you think? Is that too much? It is in very good condition because I just bought it a few months ago and haven't use it very much. BTW let me know if you're interested in buying it from me I'm open to offers, too.

Thanks and have a great day!

It seems a fair price to sell for, although these days, everyone wants a bargain.

i picked up one locally for $175 on craigslist about a month ago..... considered it a steal.. i would have went as high as $200.... now i would be back down to $175 in light of the new ones coming out in Sept.

How is this thread even alive if this guy was selling this thing a year ago?

Were you able to sell it? What did you sell it for? I would have listed it at $200 to make it appealing for other buyers. But thats me.

Just put it on eBay for $1 and a reserve of whatever you will accept as a minimum.

as he was selling this in June of 2010 the point is moot... (it's almost 2 years ago, guys) but that aside... doesn't setting up a reserve make you have to pay high ebay fees?

I thought it would be just cheaper to put it at for a penny. no reserve. reserve triggers higher fees. (i think)

Items generally go for what they are worth. market value. look at auctions of similar items about to end, to get a ball park of what one expects. But not what the OP expects..... as he sold the item almost 2 years ago

Do ya think someone will keep a 32gb ipod on sale for like two years? Come on guys, these things are sold withing hours, not even days and someone here is suggesting this guy after one and half year to put it on ebay! Now thats ridiculous, isn't it?
