Hey all!
I'm fairly new here, as I joined last week. I got my first iPod last week for my birthday. It's a 1GB black iPod Nano. I was blown away when I got it, because I've always wanted one, but I never thought I'd actually get one. It was really cool! My other interests are building PCs and robots, mountain biking, & reading. My favorite genre of music is country, Randy Travis is my favorite signer. TTYL, pcrobot

I can tell you made your signature. I like it.
Welcome to iLounge. I remember when I first typed into this thread, and that was only a couple months ago. Hope that iLounge answers all of your iPod questions. Some advice - Search before you post, some members hate repeating information that they have told billions of times. That is all, and enjoy your stay.

Greetz, I am Teh Crunch.
I am a long time pc user and am just now starting to expand into the realm of Apple products. My buddy gave me a couple G3's about 6 months ago, now I have an Ipod 5g to go with it. I received the Ipod as a gift for Father's Day, so the little runt is at least paying off now! (I kid, I kid) So far I am diggin' it, tons better than the Rio Cali I owned previously. I found this forum initially through a search for Ipod accessory reviews, which are quite extensive.Well that's enough for now. |

Hi, I'm from Australia - live on the Gold Coast - original user name , hey
![]() I've had lots of cheap mp3 players and wondered what was the big deal about ipods. When the Nano came out I bought the 4gig one - wow, what a difference compared with the others. Seems to be nice and friendly here. |

Hi folks!
I'm Advah, proud owner of a gorgeous U2/photo iPod, called Berthold. I've had it (him) for almost a year now but it looks like I still have a bunch of things to learn.A friend of mine recommended me EphPod, and through the website I arrived here. This looks like a nice community, looking forward to chatting with you guys!

My name is um, Mr. Biker, and I have a confession.
I don't own an iPod. Until I destroyed it by accident by using electricity in a less than safe manner, I used an old iRiver ihp120 for years, and loved it. And wondered what all the iPod fuss was about. The iRiver was genuinely yummy. I now use a Windows Pocket PC with 1Gb SD card for music, hooked up to Bluetooth Headphones. Nut as good quality as my Sony MDR-EX71's, but still pretty good. Have always been a PC user only, unitl last week. Now the proud owner of a new (to me!) PowerMac G4 Dual 450.... first time Mac user, and it's been a fruitful struggle to get it up and running the way I want! Forums much like this have been a godsend when things didn't go as planned.... Now a Mac user, and having used iTunes properly for the first time, I love it. Getting a Nano at the end of the month. It's just too sexy not to possess. There. Next? ![]() EDIT: Just got my iPod. Oh. My. God. It's TINY. This is what I normally use for my music... display of my pocket pc. ![]() My old pocket pc compared to my new ipod... ![]()

Hello everyone!
I'm Jerry, and I've been reading these forums for awhile now and I signed up awhile back, but just now getting around to posting. I've had a few MP3 players in the past, and currently, I use a 512mb Shuffle that I won from a local radio station. I stopped using it for awhile when I bought a Delphi MyFi. I do have a 30gig Video on the way, can't wait to get it and start using it. I've been listening to alot of podcasts lately.
