Moderators, feel free to move this topic where it seems fit. I can't find a proper place to move my problem because this is mostly an iPod forum, but maybe you guys can solve my Mac woes as well.
I've had my share of problems with my two year old Macbook. I had to reinstall everything a month ago, and I'd much prefer not to reinstall everything again. Unfortunately, I am not able to play anything that will play music on my Safari browser, Firefox, iTunes, or Quicktime. Whenever I try to play a movie, it won't play any of the noise at all. I can't play music anymore on my iTunes either.
However, my GarageBand will play it's tunes just fine when I click on the Piano keys and such. So no, I do have my volume up.
I tried plugging in my speakers, and they won't play any noise either.
This totally blows.
Please help.
