![]() I can't see you getting it by the 30th but it should show up in the Sept 5 - Sept 11 or a little earlier. I got my iBook with a larger hard drive installed (adds a little time) shipped from China to southern Sask. in 7 days. My AppleTV showed up in less than a week from California. I used the expedited shipping on both.

How do you 'really need it' a few days earlier ?
can't your current system do for what is basicall one week longer ? anyway It may come one or two days early but not 5.

Then when you get it, you drop it in the post for her. Also, as far as I can tell with my calendar, the August 31 or September 1 would also be acceptable arrival dates if she doesn't leave until September 2...
But I have an American calendar... And I forgot about the time difference between New York and Ontario...

With all the other stuff she has to take with her, would had been wise to directly ship to dorm. Oh well.

sue apple because the exchange rate of calendar days has been bad lately in Canada and maybe they'll send it to you faster

Funny you should mention that. My wife's iMac has been in the shop for a few days to get fixed. She's been like a lost puppy the whole time, bugging the crap out of me. I'll be glad when we get it back, maybe she'll leave me alone again. You'd think Eric would have gone and changed his OP and either corrected or removed "boughten"...
