Hey all! So, I'm curious. I just recently got really into iPods. I'm curious on what you guyz wish could be done with the iPod? or What changes should there be for the iPod? I'll compile a listing of everything posted afterwards. If you can please post an idea, and for what iPod. For example:
iPod: Nano Idea: blah blah blah |

Expandable memory would be pretty cool.

Yes the iPod can act as an easy to carry around external HD. Just set your iPod to disk mode.

Yes, I would like an extra memory card for more size. Also, being able to use the menus when viewing a video on TV ON would be quite helpful

I wish it didn't rely on iTunes.
There is absolutely no need to lock a player into one piece of software like that. |

Far fetched, but I think it would be cool if it had a simple camera.

Well to each their own but I think a camera would just be a great way of increasing the price without actually adding anything of value.
If mobile phones have taught us anything (apart from that the Crazy Frog is probably the most annoying thing ever), it's that a 'simple camera' sucks. |

When it comes to mobility and compactness, some people will sacrifice quality.... A simple camera, as step said, would be a great way to increase the price without actually really doing anything
what i also think would be great is to provide a more adaptable OS. I think it will create more interest and new developments for the iPod that Apple hasn't thought of yet. and this is w/o having to install something like iPodLinux...
