• With the number of recent threads from brand new users that we have observed in our Classifieds forum selling goods under questionable circumstances, we have instituted a new policy restricting new members of iLounge from posting new threads in the Classifieds forum until they have reached "Regular Member" status.

New users become Regular Members once they have made 10 posts and been a member of the iLounge Forums for at least 7 days. Prior to this time, members may still read the Classifieds forum, and even respond to existing threads for items being sold by other members, but they may not create new threads advertising their own items for sale.

This will hopefully help to protect our user community by discouraging fraudulent users from signing up and posting classified ads without having at least a very basic level of established membership in our forums.

Obviously all users should still exercise due diligence when making use of our classifieds forums, but we hope that this restriction will help to decrease the number of blatantly fraudulent ads that we have been seeing in recent weeks.

Please be sure to review our Classified Forum Policy for more information.

Well another 3 more days until Casino Royale comes out here. There's been a brouhaha over Daniel Craig but the trailer looks awesome.

I'm definitely watching it on opening day. Anyone else?

Not opening day because I'm watching it with some friends a couple days later for one of their birthdays. Rotten Tomatoes is currently giving it 100 percent, which is nuts. Craig looks really awesome, different, but good. Reviewers are saying he's the best since Connery if not better. I cannot wait.

Ever since Pierce Brosnin I'm not all that enthused about 007. I'll probably catch it later off the screen.

Rotten Tomatoes is giving it 100%? That must mean it’s a good movie. I think that site is accurate on their reviews. :)

I beg to differ. Tomorrow Never Dies was the first Bond movie I watched and my favorite. For me, Brosnan is an awesome Bond, and I've seen all 21 in the series.

Here in Denmark the movie is very popular because the Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen is starring as the bad guy.

Yeah Brosnan was a good bond but the last 2 bond films were pretty poor story lines, golden eye and the day after tomorrow were good though!

I really liked The day after tomorrow and Golden eye too. The world is not enough didn't sit well with me, but I loved the line: "And they say Christmas only comes once a year". Die another Day had the right idea to be a great Bond film, but something about it bother me and I've never been able to figure out what...

Casino Royale is going to kind of further break up the Bond timeline, though it was never perfect to begin with. If it represents his first assignment as a 00, having Judi Dench as M, though great, kind of back tracks things a bit.

The Day After Tomorrow? Do you mean Tomorrow Never Dies?

We rarely go out to movies but we'll probably be going to see this one. I don't think this new guy can be any worse than some of the previous Bonds, and this movie couldn't be any worse than the previous Casino Royale.

Really, Craig already showed he could pull off this sort of character in a movied called "Layer Cake" (which was a lot more violent than the title indicates).

As far as Brosnan goes: he was a great Bond (probably the best IMO), in some of the worst Bond movies.

Fine but because he got the bad story lines, it seems that he ruined it. If we just look at him as the character, yeah, he's great, but the movies themselves are what matters.

Dude, that movie looks sick. But then again, all bonds are sick. Pierce Brosnan was a good bond, I didn't think he ruined the series. I love how the baddies always have russian accents. Thats so cool.

Blaming Pierce Bronson for the last couple of Bond movies is like blaming Sean Connery for the remake of Thunderball (Never say Never again)... Oh wait, I think that one was Connery's fault...

The movies are what matter, but he wasn't a bad Bond like I felt Timothy Dalton was. He didn't do very well with his two Bond Flicks, though I thought License to Kill was a great movie with a bad Bond.
