I've dropped my mini (which I use the most), probably a dozen times. Each time I'm a little afraid to pick it up, but no problems yet .

Once, on the day I got it!!

I was a little too excited and dropped it while plugging in the USB cable. Fortunatley I dropped in on carpet, got a few minor scatches on it, but other wise ok and working just fine.

Not once-- yet. I ride the train home from work each day and I have this crazy fear of accidentally dropping it on the tracks right as the train enters the station....

Also wondering how long it would take me to jump down there and retrieve it. Just kidding.

....or am I?

Haven't dropped my iPod Mini yet, and I hope never to drop it! Though I hear they do manage to survive.

It fell down thrice, from about three feet, and once it was dragged by our dogs when they snagged the cord while i was charging it. Still works like new! i can't say the same about how it looks though

I would like the choice "dropped many times and froze in truck overnight in February"....................

I've dropped mine many times. One time it get to messed up and i had to send it in and get a new one but refurbished.

It sucks because i got all my songs deleted, and i had to load it back all over again.
