I imported a cd into itunes, and went back to the library, and the songs are not in the order as the cd was, how can I change this?

Make sure the tracks are numbered in iTunes. If not select a song, right click and go to Get Info. You'll be able to assign track numbers in there.
Also go to Edit, Preferences and on the Importing tab ensure that Create Filenames with Track Number is ticked. This will add track numbers in the future.

After making the Preference changes that aquatica said, you can then re-import the CD choosing to "replace" the exsisting files.
