Ok. I am getting 3 itunes $15 prepaid cards. To use them do I have to create an iTunes account( where I have to put in a credit card #)? Also if I put all 3 in one after another will I have a $45 total? One more if I exit itunes and then come back later will the money still be there?

Try it out and you'll see how it works.
Even if you have to create an account, you just go to redeem itunes certificate (when you decide to buy something) and your account will show exactly how much you have this page answers lots of questions http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore.html |

Start your registration process with "Redeem prepaid card/Gift certificate link" This way you can avoid having to register a credit card.
The rest as Gina suggests. You will have to create an account and the cards money will stay with that account until it is used or expires (if the cards have an expiration, not sure if they do). Stuart
