Running, win XP pc at home, latest iTunes.
Win XP pc at work, latest iTunes. (you could say the environments are simular, except at work, I actually have to do work, doh) iPod mini. I'd love to auto sync at home and at work, but it wont let me. When I plug it in at work it dribbles on about being setup for another pc with autosync already, and that if I sync it on this pc it will sync my work pc library to my ipod (currently empty). So I took autosync off at work, and i can now access my ipod from my work iTunes, neato. I could go on forever about I guess. I guess I just cant autosync at home and at work? home has library. library is on ipod. ipod comes to work, cant put ipod contents on work pc library (sync it). Therefore cant rip cd at work, put in work library and sync to ipod, go home, sync at home back with home library! argh! piracy issue perhaps? (despite all the content being purchased and owned by me) I'll do some more searching in the forum's and see what else I come up with. Thanks in advance James

Oh, that's weird. I can sync perfectly with any computer...I have an XP at home and I evne synced it with my friend's PowerBook...
Maybe it's like..I don't have registered to any computer, so my iPod can be used anywhere... Good luck!
