Multiple Versions of Itunes on same computer

Is it possible to have multiple versions of iTunes on the same computer? I am running Windows XP and I have iTunes installed under one username. I wanted to know if I could install it again under another username and be able to use a different ipod on that.

Is there a way to use more than one iPod on the same copy of itunes? This may be easier that installing multiple versions of iTunes.
