hi,
downloaded Itunes 12 about a week ago after having to have windows re-installed on my laptop, when i plug my ipod classic or my iphone in to add music, it says that its syncing, but the songs never appear on the device. any ideas as to why this is happening? its starting to drive me insane!! |

The device settings were lost in the reinstall.
You need to plug in your iPod Click on the iPod in iTunes Click on the Music tab and select the music you want to sync. Repeat for each tab that you want content from. Click the Apply button in the bottom right. Wait for Sync to complete.
