Understanding the Dimensions of the iTunes Album Art

I'm a Windows user. I'm using iTunes 11.0.1.

Is there any way I can understanding what are the dimensions of the album art I have embedded into each individual track? I know all of my songs have art and are, for the most part, filled with 500 x 500 images. I know that there are definitely stragglers in my collection that do not have these dimensions and may have some off dimensions.

Is there anything I can use that outputs a list of every file for example:

For File 1, the dimensions of the album art are 500 x 500
For File 2, the dimensions of the album art are 245 x 343
For File 3, the dimensions of the album art are 500 x 500

This hasn't been updated in a while, so no idea if it can still read current iTunes library files to do its job, but it will flag any and all "flaws" you tell it to find in your library, and I'm pretty sure album art smaller than the iTunes store is one of them.

EDIT: I could be wrong about that feature now that I read the feature list, but it is an anal retentive's dream for culling out the tag stragglers.
