What happened to the power search feature? I was running I Tunes Version 10. (something) and from one day to the next, the power search feature is gone. How can you search for a specific album or song? I removed this version from the computer and downloaded the latest version 11.0.0.163. Still now power search feature and it won't display my song list on my I Touch.

To be honest, the new search will let you search for anything you could under the old version. Of course, it's slow and rediculously overblown with the way it tries to serve up everything related to what you typed in so what you want to do is this:
Click the little magnifying glass icon at the left of the search box, uncheck "search entire library". Now the search works the way it used to and is every bit as fast as it used to be. Now, if you are referring to something else regarding the change in searching, you're out of luck.

Thanks Code Monkey but nothing happens when I try to click on the magnifying glass?
And it's iTunes I want to search by song or artist, not my own library. |

Use the iTunes feedback feature and cross your fingers is the best I can offer.
