I had to rebbot my PC this week and therefore had to reinstall Itunes, all my music files were stored on another drive so its all still there. Can any one tell me how to easily import all of my music files BACK into the new installation of Itunes, and also tell Itunes where its stored and where to store all new music......

I assume you meant you had to rebuild (reload the Operating System at a minimum) your PC. A reboot would not cause this issue.
You can use Edit->Preferences, Advanced to set the setting where to store the iTunes Media folder. There are a few options. The best one is to restore your backup of the iTunes Library.itl file to the iTunes directory. After that is done, start iTunes and all your music and playlists are there. An alternative is to use File->Add Folder to Library in iTunes and select the folders where the music is. That should load all the music that is there.
