Hello Folks,
I trust that this finds you keeping well. I am having problems uploading my last 600 tracks to icloud using the imatch system. These are larger files and typically close to 2hrs each, however they are within the size limit for icloud. Every time I get to step 3 “uploading remaining tracks and artwork”, I get a message after about 10 minutes telling me that ITUNES has stopped working and I need to close the programme. This happens all the time and is very frustrating. Can anyone recommend a fix? Best Regards Simon. |

Sounds like your anti-virus or firewall is blocking iTunes from accessing the cloud. Check your settings and see if that helps.
If not, then uninstall all Apple software (iTunes, Bonjour, Apple Mobile Device, Quicktime) and reinstall iTunes. Try again.
