I downloaded 2 CDs from the iTunes store and had some issues downloading some of the songs. I got error messages and then I kept trying to redownload them. Eventually they downloaded and are in my iTunes. Now, the issue is when I go to burn a CD in my Roxio software I noticed my CDs were not complete. The songs that I had issues with are in the "downloads" folder under their name .tmp. Now I want them to be fixed and put into folder with the rest of the songs from the CD. Any ideas since apple's solution was to just use iTunes to burn my CDs. Thanks in advance!

Is there still a "Downloads" entry in the left column of iTunes?
You should also try the Store/Check for available downloads command too. You may have to delete the temp files to get it to download. If the missing songs are not available by these means you can find them through iTunes Store home page and click the Purchased link in the right menu bar.
