hi, I'm getting an error when trying to download a track i purchased. at first, all of the tracks on this album were giving me an er=3253 message, eventually after logging out of itunes and then logging back in, I got all the tracks to download except for the last one. now i'm getting a file is corrupt, er=10000 message!
the pop up box says to go into the Store and select Check for available downloads. which i've done, about 100 times. ANY OTHER IDEAS? SORRY MY CAPS LOCK BUTTON IS STUCK |
